Speaker Bio: Bianca-Rose Farren

I am a highly motivated, organised, performance/results driven individual with the ability to work independently as well as building trust and successful relationships with others. Well networked and a fluent communicator with excellent experience and a strong educational background that has required teamwork, organisation and many business skills. Benefiting from administrate experience requiring a determined approach to cope with large workloads, budget limitations, within strict deadlines whilst securing company ‘client image. My clients and friends have told me that I am very professional, approachable and easy to talk to which are essential skills when engaging with people/clients to meet their requests and needs appropriately. The opportunities that I have undertaken have allowed me to develop strong communication, administration and organisational skills and also have a higher appreciation and understanding of integrity within the work place allowing me to manage my time effectively. My role here at the National Conference Centre will to be build on our current client base, network in the local area as well as nationally with corporates and agencies and also attend and represent the venue at a number of trade shows. Why I chose Hospitality, The Hospitality Industry is so fast paced and I enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced working environment and industry. I also feel the industry and my job role allows me to use and show my personality.
