Speaker

I was brought up in a small town in Derbyshire, studied Law & Psychology for my degree at Leicester and I rather randomly fell into financial recruitment as my first job. I moved to Brighton in 1998 to work for the Publican Newspaper in property and recruitment advertising, then went onto Yellow Pages and the Grocer Magazine, both in advertising. My path then lead to the VisitBrighton Conference team and Destination Manager position. I am now happily in place as Sales Manager at the Brighton Centre. My role involves managing a lovely team, managing existing business and winning new conference and event business for the venue, and representing the City at major events and trade shows.
