The Convention Centre Dublin offers the perfect venue for events. Purpose-built facilities coupled with an expert team, ensures that we can deliver any style of event, whether it’s a board meeting for 8, a corporate banquet for 3,000, or an international association congress for over 5,000, we have the necessary expertise and equipment to bring any event to life.

The Convention Centre Dublin was developed to provide a world-class conference venue in the heart of Ireland’s capital city. The CCD is Located just 15 minutes from the airport in the finance and technology hub of the city centre.

Since The CCD opened in September 2010, we have hosted over 1,700 events, with events confirmed up until July 2026. These include the JCI 2020 European Conference and the European Congress on Immunology in September 2024.

The building offers 22 multi-functional rooms suitable for meetings, banquets, conferences and exhibitions of all shapes and sizes, and was designed with the delegate experience in mind. The entire venue is finished to the highest specifications and incorporates industry leading technology and Wi-Fi throughout.

Recognised as the first carbon neutral constructed convention centre in the world, The CCD’s contemporary design meets the highest standards of environmental sustainability. We are also committed to long-term sustainability in accordance with the International Standards Organisation (ISO) 14001.

Speakers

Paul Carnell – Sales Director. Paul joined The CCD in December 2011 as Sales Director with over 25 years’ experience in sales management and business development roles. Paul is responsible for setting and delivering sales strategies across our business and developing an industry-leading sales team.

 

 

 

 

Jenny O’Connor – Account Director, International Corporate. Jenny joined The CCD in 2008. With a background in the five star hotel market in Ireland, she is highly specialised in the corporate market. The longest serving member of the Sales team, Jenny has worked with some of the world’s largest brands.
